Squash Pickles
We take thick slices of fresh yellow squash and thin slices of fresh
red bell pepper and onions, steep them in a vinegar syrup, and
put them in a 16-ounce jar. We tried putting these sweet and
sour squash in smaller jars so they would fit better in our gift
baskets, but we got too many complaints. Apparently, eight ounces
of our squash pickles isn't enough for one sitting.

Alabama Sunshine Relish
This mustard and cabbage based relish absolutely makes a hot dog.
Of course, it isn't bad on veggies or even a hamburger either. Along with
the mustard and cabbage, we also put onions, carrots, sugar,
spices and just a little Alabama Sunshine hot sauce.

Hot Pepper Relish
We take fresh diced bell and jalapeno peppers and sweet onions, mix
them with a few spices, some vinegar and a lot of sugar, and then
cook it to the exact consistency. Need a quick appetizer? Mix our
pepper relish with some softened cream cheese to make a dip that
will have people asking for your secret recipe. Our pepper relish
also works great spicing up veggies, as a pasta topper, or as a
garnish to any meat.
